What was wrong with the A / B format from last year? I thought that was the best year (at least of the 3 or 4 yrs I've played). Everyone we played in the B league seemed to have a good time. Why keep changing it every year?

To get the B league players more chances to play, ask questions, and generally get better playing against the A league players.

Last year at this time you opted to play in the B league and you had a 4 handicap. I have a 1 (or maybe 2) handicap and now I don't get a choice.

I'm not in this to be a tourny player. Its just for fun. And last year when we played John / Chris, Tim / Bob and Brian / Craig no one bitched or nitpitcked the rules or played to win at all costs including bad sportsmanship. It was simply a good time playing foos.

Do the rest of the former B leaguers want this new format?

I do! There is a new handicap system that we've been using with the draws over the summer and it really kicks ass. It is better than the handicap system we used in previous B league years. I have got 1st, 2nd and 3rd a few times over the summer in the draws and I still suck just like always :) Too bad 3rd doesn't pay out. I think this year will be a lot of fun and I'm excited for it to start. You should come out to the draw tonight and check out the new handicap system and hang out with the group. It is always a good time.
