First Weekend of May. Talked to the Bar, now just waiting to here from Bullseye. Lets get a date so we can get some details worked out. I would also like to see the team event on Friday night. Last year Mixed got robbed. The team event went till after 4:00. Can't start that late. People will get robbed. Also people can go home after saturday and not make it a three day event exspecially if it not nesseary. And i look like a smuck. We should start an hour earlier. Maybe 10 or 11 on Saturday. It's Appletons Time to run the team event. No dyp's unless we have the time. Just my thoughts. Last Years Schedule Friday 7:00 Sign-up 8:00 DYP 9:00 Open Singles 10:00 Open Mixed Saturday 10:00 Room Opens - Team Event Sign-up 11:00 Team Event 3:00 Friday Night Events Continue Open Doubles Beginner Doubles Woman Singles 6:00 Expert Doubles 8:00 No Conflict DYP Sunday Amateur Doubles Amateur Singles |

This is great news Miles. Have you heard anything from Bullseye yet? I.E. do you believe they will support the state tournament by providing tables, etc? I know they don't make much if anything at all off of us, so I really appreciate that this may still happen. Rich P |

Give it a few days to get bullseye's ok and it's on. The bar has something going on the week after so the third week might be kind of late but im open. Nothing open in April and March is to close. Just my thoughts. I will call again on monday if i haven't herd anything. |

What's the location? I think the Boulevard Bowling alley has been our best location so far. Provides players and guest more options for food and down time and is more well lit. |

It will be at pitchers. Most of th tables are there already. Im still waiting for an answer. I also found out that the first week of May if Fishing. Need your thoughts we should make it later. Myles |

Yes first weekend in May is fishing opener, so you may want to move it the the third. |

Miles / All- Do we have a solid date for State yet? I need to put in for Vacation to ensure I can get off. You mention that the tables are already there but that you were waiting to hear back from Bullseye- have you heard anything yet? I know that Bullseye doesn't make squat on our tournament- is there anything we can do to help? Rich P |
